Every custom order is made with care using quality ingredients and tailored to your event’s theme, colors, and vision.
Whether you’re looking for elegant, fun, or completely unique, we’re excited to bring your ideas to life!
How to Place a Custom Order
1. Complete Our Custom Order Form
Fill out the inquiry form below with as much detail as possible, including your event date, treats you’d like to order, colors, theme, inspiration photos, and any special requests.
2. We’ll Review Your Request
We’ll review your submission and confirm:
- Availability for your event date
- Requested treats and quantities
- Design details
- Pricing
- Pickup date and time
If we have any questions, we’ll reach out before preparing your invoice.
3. Receive Your Invoice
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll send you a secure invoice by email.
Your event date is not reserved until your invoice has been paid in full.
4. You’re Booked!
Once payment has been received, your order is officially scheduled, and we’ll begin planning your custom treats.
Ordering Timeline
To provide the best possible service, we recommend placing custom orders at least two weeks in advance.
Large events, weddings, holiday orders, and peak seasons may require additional notice.
Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
Reservation Policy
Because we accept a limited number of custom orders each week:
- Event dates are reserved on a first come, first paid basis.
- Completing the inquiry form does not reserve your date.
- Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required to secure your order.
- We do not hold dates without payment.
- Production begins once payment has been received.
Pickup Information
Custom orders are available for local pickup only unless otherwise discussed.
Pickup details will be included with your invoice and confirmation email.

Please upload them with your inquiry! The more information you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.

Because every order is handcrafted:
- Decorations and colors may vary slightly from inspiration photos.
- We reserve the right to make minor artistic adjustments while maintaining the overall design and theme.
- We do not reproduce copyrighted characters or trademarked logos exactly but are happy to create designs inspired by your theme.
